Packages may be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, UPS 3 Day Select*, UPS 2nd Day*, or UPS Next Day*.

When you place your order, an estimated delivery date and shipping options/costs will be provided.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, insufficient delivery information, strikes, refusal of delivery, etc., delivery date is not guaranteed.

Drop-ship packages are shipped via UPS Ground* - UPS 3 Day Select*, UPS 2nd Day*, and UPS Next Day* are available for an additional fee. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-838-8727 for further details.

Orders to be delivered to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.

If you select “Standard” shipping, we will ship your order by UPS GROUND*, or where necessary, by USPS*.

If you select “Express” shipping, we will ship by FedEx 2-day*.

We usually ship our Standard orders within 24 hours and Express orders within 12 hours if you place your order during our business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm Pacific Standard Time.

A return merchandise authorization is required and must be visible on the outside of the shipping box or mailing label. Call Customer Service at 800-838-8727 within 30 days of the order date and provide the following details:
