Shipping Policy

  • Packages may be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground, UPS 3 Day Select*, UPS 2nd Day*, or UPS Next Day*.

  • When you place your order, an estimated delivery date and shipping options/costs will be provided.

  • Due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, insufficient delivery information, strikes, refusal of delivery, etc., delivery date is not guaranteed.

  • Drop-ship packages are shipped via UPS Ground* - UPS 3 Day Select*, UPS 2nd Day*, and UPS Next Day* are available for an additional fee. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-838-8727 for further details.

  • To view or track orders, visit the My Account page at tpcsdirect.com.

  • Orders to be delivered to PO Boxes will be sent via USPS Priority Mail. 

  • If you select “Standard” shipping, we will ship your order by UPS GROUND*, or where necessary, by USPS*.

  • If you select “Express” shipping, we will ship by FedEx 2-day*. 

  • We usually ship our Standard orders within 24 hours and Express orders within 12 hours if you place your order during our business hours, Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm Pacific Standard Time.  

  • For all other INTERNATIONAL orders, please call us at our direct line at(800)-838-8727.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • A return merchandise authorization is required and must be visible on the outside of the shipping box or mailing label. Call Customer Service at 800-838-8727 within 30 days of the order date and provide the following details:

  • Product name

  • Invoice number

  • Reason for return
